Service was prompt and helpful. We got extra pillows. The cart to bring up luggage worked well. My friend said she smelt dog pee, I think it’s because the hotel is pet friendly. We didn’t bring pets. It is on one side of town and not the middle. The bed was semi-comfortable. The room we got had two queen beds, microwave, and fridge. It was inexpensive and thus worth it.
The stay was mostly pleasent. I enjoyed the clean rooms, and mostly friendly staff. The front desk guy (can't remember his name, just that it started with D) was rather rude and also refused to make coffee. Will definately stay again!
I stayed at Rodeway Inn Cedar Rapids Westdale for a weekend visit and was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was great after a long drive. The staff was polite and helpful with local restaurant tips. Everything worked perfectly, including the Wi-Fi and TV. Would definitely stay again when in Cedar Rapids.
Rodeway Inn Cedar Rapids Westdale gave us a peaceful nights sleep during our road trip. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The staff was kind enough to recommend a local diner for breakfast. Everything felt well-maintained. We left refreshed and happy!
I like it because it has smoking rooms. They can try to make the smoking rooms smell a little better. I always take my own towels and shower shoes but they can throw away the towels that are stained up and dingy looking. You have to use bleach when washing white towels. Everything else was good. I stayed here because my truck is in the shop and I can walk across the road from the trucking company I work for. I will stay here again. It's a good place to stay
